Simple question: Do you think Sony will be able to sell 100 million PS3s in it's lifetime? What kind of numbers are you expecting to see lifetime?

Its gonna be a struggle, but it aint out of the question.

Anywhere between 95-105 Million.

We have to wait and see how well the ps3 will perform after the ps4 is released. but i think it is possible.

Not sure if we've had this thread before, but yes, and approximately 105m. People tend to forget it's generally had a faster attach rate than the PS1 in a larger industry.

I think the Wii might just scrape it though.

yes, 105 million good for second best all time.
just ahead of the PS1 (102.5 million), and the Wii will end up with 102 million.
xbox 360 will end up with 96-101 million.

i believe it will, yes.

March 31st 2013- 77million
March 31st 2014- 87million (as Sonys forecast 10million)
March 31st 2015- 94million
March 31st 2016- 98million
March 31st 2017- 101million- Passes Wii by end of year
March 31st 2018-102.6million- Discontinued passes PS1 becomes best selling console of 7th Generation.

PSP Lifetime more than PSV+3DS Lifetime.

Maybe... I think the majority of the sales to close the gap will have to be 2014 cause I am sure by mid 2015, developers will really start to move on to the next gen consoles

And No, it won't beat the wii

Did they really? Wow, somehow I don't remember this at all, I can't imagine they could make that at this rate though.
