at any random retailer no, I do know at gamestop, if the sales in the first 48 hours are good enough they ship more to those stores. so, it will be up to your fellow man (who pre-ordered it) to pick them up within 2 days so more will be available for the rest of us

I pre ordered mine in July and will get it at 15 december (second shipment planned) and some friends who also pre ordered have been told they will not have one this year...I wish you good luck.

I've accepted that I won't be able to get either until next year.

sony have said that they will try and have supply enough for people to go into a store and pick one up. if they manage to do that then you might be lucky enough to be able to pick one up.

Last time I checked at gamestop there was ps4 preorders for march.
