Amazon Prices:
Insanity = $140
P90X = $140
Metamorphosis = $40-90
Body Revolution = $100

$470 for it all at once, or $40 a month for a year.

Xbox Live 54.99 + Xbox Fitness (Free for a year) = $4.58 a month

Xbox fitness would have to be ~$35/month to equal all those videos for a total cost of $480.

You would save $10 buying all the content if Xbox fitness was $35 a month, and that's minus the interaction, updates, new content, and social content that comes with live.

Yeah, I'm not going to lose sleep over paying $35 for all that content. Plus it's optional, isn't that what people want? Microtransactions, DLC, are all about giving users choice, what's wrong with that? If you don't like it don't buy it, don't whine about being too poor to afford it. To me it's worth it, and I don't give a fuck what you think.

I also have Apple products too, fuck you.

C'mon, tell us how you really feel.

LMAO, damn dude, you beat me to it. I swear to god I was thinking "tell us how you really feel" a split second before I scrolled down. Aside from that, his post was also funny.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

A subscription within a subscription which still requires you to purchase content to even use said subscription .............. yet people keep falling for it. THAT is the real tragedy here. :/

Yep!  Why wouldn't MS keep this crap up when all the sheeple keep on payin' up!?

I uh.. don't really understand what the OP is complaining about. And I gotta LOL @ talk that Netflix is somehow killing cable TV. Yeah right.

Anyway the business model is pretty simple. You pay for XBL Gold, you pay for your Fitness subscription. This is no different than paying to be a part of a golf club, but you still have to pay to play golf. And you still gotta pay for concessions or equipment. Or cable TV. I currently pay Verizon money for access to their FIOS service. Do I expect to be able to hit "On Demand" on my remote and have instant, free access to everything I see? No, that would be stupid. Is there a lot of free content? Yes, just like Fitness. Is their premium content? Yes, just like Fitness.

I also pay for all the premium movie channels. So since I pay HBO money already, does this mean I can waltz into Target, pick up season one of Boardwalk Empire on Bluray, and just show the cashier my cable bill and leave without paying a dime? No. So why would you still not need to buy games here?

This place has supplanted NeoGAF as my favorite place to come read Xbone FUD. It's just so adorable.

Pay to pay to play on my own xbox ?

YES MASTER :3

Now just lemme jailbreak my phone, those 99 cents apps are a totall rip off.

Seems kind of crazy with the top fitness trainers that you only pay a few bucks and you get all that content for free. Did anyone really think that would happen. Not only you get the videos which cost a penny but you also get the integration within XBL and Kinect which I am sure also cost a penny to do for all those videos.

Do not get me wrong, I have my issue with how MS ties a lot of stuff behind XBL but this one no. If the wealth of videos and features equal to what I have seen so far, this will be a nice feature. Yes it would be great if it came with XBL but then again it would be better if it was free as well. People should stop looking for handouts all the time as this stuff isn't free to make and keep updated.

The payment method is perfectly fine. Not for me though learned how to workout efficiently and effectively with some of the best.

Just saw this over on the Microsoft fitness webpage.

"*Xbox Fitness coming Holiday 2013. Starting January 2015, unlimited access requires a paid Xbox Fitness Pass subscription and an Xbox Live Gold membership (both sold separately). Additional Xbox Fitness content is available for purchase, and may vary over time. See xbox.com/xboxfitness."

So basically I subscribe to xbox live, then subscribe to xbox fitness and have to buy the different "games" to play on xbox fitness. Interesting. All this time I thought xb fitness was an all encompassing feature, but it's just another paywall to play the games that I already paid for...and alienate all the developers who aren't giving microsoft their cut.

Aren´t there alot of subscription services people use through XBL? What is the difference between this and, for example, Netflix other than Netflix being available on PC and such? I still need XBLG in order to access Netflix on my XBox.

When you know what you're talking about, arguing is easy. Streaming service is literally killing cable. Don't believe me? I don't care. The facts are there.

It really ultimately depends on what exactly comes with the subscription. Are you actually getting the 99$ video series?

And do you buy further content on netflix?
