I said it when he was getting criticized for that crazy rumour video and I will say it again, Rich is my favorite Youtuber. I don't always agree with him but atleast I know that he is always being honest and he is not a fanboy of any of the big 3.

Glad to see Rich agree with me, Wii U gamepad was a cool idea, but it's pointless device. I don't want gimmicks, I want a controller, or make it optional. You have no idea how annoyed I get when I look on the back of the box and I see the Wii U pro controller icon missing. This is why I can't fully enjoy Rayman Legends because I'm force to play those dull touching levels....Ubisoft WTF??

Listened to a bit of it, but I feel like some of the stuff they are talking about has already been discussed multiple times. One thing that caught my interest was about how the Wii U should have been what the Wii. Microsoft and Sony were able to push super powerful hardware in the 7th gen because they could afford the losses. Nintendo is a tiny compared to those companies. Sure they could have made something more powerful with the Wii U, but even then there was absolutely no guarantee that 3rd parties would go to their system. Whenever I read about a 3rd party not wanting to release games on Nintendo systems it is usually because of audience.

What I am upset about is why Nintendo have not spent money on making a massive amount of 1st party games.

Agree that Nintendo should have started this gen with titles like racers, shooters, adventures, etc. for the MS and Sony crowd.
Don`t agree that they should have made a more powerful machine and given up on the controller. Power never made a single console outsell the others. Games and new experiences did.

True, if your doing it the wrong way, yeah, your spending more to make a powerful consoles, but what gamers want is a huge libaray of different genra of games. So far, Sony is showing that with Microsoft in second and Nintendo........Cat Mario and HD remakes.
