I give rats butt about what people write. I just like to call them out when they're being childish about it.
You can write 100 threads glooming and dooming MS everyday, I won't tell you to stop but I will point out juvenile behavior. 6 years old type of stuff.

I don't really care too much about resolution on X1 because I know it's beautiful. If I did PC would be my platform of choice.
I still play Snes, N64 and X360. Resolution is pretty trivial when accounting for the value of a game.

You are assuming the speed of improvment will be simoultaneous. That is a niave way of thinking about it. Either side could be quicker about it. 

Selective opinions?? They have eyes they can see. EVERY site that ahs played both says the ps4 version si CLEARLY a lot better looking, this is fact, please post a site that says it isn't? You have not played either, so you haven't seen anything.. Game in motion is vastly different then random stills, how hard is that to understand?

You know what else is not opinion?? Hardware, the ps4 4 hardware is simply more powerfull, this will never change.....a bigger more powerfull GPu is a big deal.

I downloadedhigh def video I watched it on my gaming TV. looking at still images are pointless because everything highlighed to benifiet either side were not noticable during the video. And those videos are the best I will ever see that game because I dropped the series. I downloaded them just for comparison sake. And my verdict is they looked the same. That is a fact that it is my opinion just like anyone you seen said one looked better than the other is a FACT that it was their opinion.

They don;t look the same,,, but whatever makes you sleep at night.....There is a clear difference. Also watching a video is still not the same as seeing it in motion.

No it isn't, with video you are at the mercy of how the video was recorded (As digital foundry's botched capture proves), as well as compression. I always laugh at people cherry picking stills and videos to try and convince people how one version looks better then the other despite everyone saying the opposite.

Everyone who has sat down in front of a TV and played both had no doubts for a reason.

Do you know the meaning of "everyone"? I don't think you do because SOME say ps4 looks better SOME say xbox one looks better SOME say they look the same. Obviously you don't respect or acknowlege any of the opinions that don't match your agenda. well thats just fine by me.

for you.. For many two system that play a LARGE portion of the same games it DOES matter, and it should.

 

Why bring up PC? it's a typical strawman argument to deflect.. Many games don't come to PC and millions prefer console, so with a choice bwtreeen two, they should weigh all options, any sensible consumer would.

 

Resolution is one of the BIGGEST factors on a  games graphics and visula presentation. Why do you think the industry keeps trying to push 1080P?

Who? Show me ONE site that hss a comparison, or who has played it that says x1 looks better? I am not talking xbox fans on a forum in denial. I will be waiting.

I just don't understand why people get so worked up because someone posts something "negative" about their beloved console. It's not like its going to prevent you from buying Xbox? Just go with it. And in my opinion it is pretty equal on this site.

I hardly do if I don't have a reasonable opinion. I refrain from useless posts like the ones that abound Xbox articles.
