I'm starting to get into collecting games, but now that it's confirmed that you need to download a set of GB in order for the PS4 & Xbox One, it's going to be quite a hassle. For the PS4 not having any USB Hard drive support, it's going to be hard to collect my games. I know there internal hard drives, but I never enjoy fittingly with them. I guess Ill have to wait and see.

They don't download, they install from the Blu-ray

Anyway, I'll just delete the games once I am done with them, especially games that install as you play. I can't really be bothered to get a bigger hard drive yet

Sometime after launch with the Xbox One you'll be able to use an external HDD for game storage.

With the PS4 you'll just have to install a larger HDD.

This video goes into much more detail, but it basically explains your problems. I recommend you watch it.

Can't you always uninstall a game and reinstall it later on even when the consoles are long past being supported?  But I agree with you and will not buy a PS4 or X1 until they upgrade the HDDs.  Also another question, doesn't opening the PS4 and replacing the HDD void your warrenty?

Yes you cna uninstall/reinstall, but these are supposedly some huge installs which would take 5+ hours. I doubt replacing the PS4/s HDD will void the warrenty (it didn't with the PS3).

....Now that you mention... yeah, I'll keep that in mind when I do buy mine.

No. And you don't open the system, just a small compartment that was intended to be opened if one wanted to upgrade. The instructions even came in  the manual on PS3 and are on the Official PS website.

I'm pretty sure it actually did with the PS3, I had to open my PS3 to clean the lense and to open it you have to remove this sticker and when you do that the printing VOID VOID VOID appears stuck on your PS3.
