Watch Dogs is definitely coming to Wii U, and they probably already came up with a bunch of GamePad features during 2011 and 2012 and 2013.
I'm also enjoying Conception 2.
I don't know if the New 3DS increase CPU is because it's a new CPU, or if it's because it has a higher pre-install Firmware. But I think it may be the latter, as in same CPU, but the pre-install firmware is much more higher.
I also don't know what to think of the 7 hour battery life, because that could just be due to higher pre-install firmware as well.
If Nintendo doesn't say whether or not it's a new CPU, then I will assume that it's the same CPU that just guaratees a higher minimum power, because of the higher pre-install firmware. Someone needs to do a tear done of the New 3DS in comparison to the original 3DS.
Anyways, either way you need the New 3DS for Xenoblade Chronicles definitve version, which is going to look insane in 3D. Castlevania, eat your heart out. I think Xenoblade Chronicles 3D might not have any of it's own 3D effect making it basically a 2D game, relying on the New 3DS better 3D ability to be in 3D. But who knows.
Just hearing about better 3D, plus a insanely way greater sweet spot, makes you really look forward to the New 3DS.
And if you can't get the New 3DS (XL), then you can just wait for the new Handheld in 2018 to play Xenoblade Chronicles 3D.
