I mainly use pit so no glide is a bummer but that better final smash is worth it, though I find myself wanting to try out many characters.

Ninty giving SSB4 Wii U a holiday sales boon was a smart idea. We can wait.

I think a solid 8/10 for the SSB Direct. Enough to seem like a substantial wave of info, but still room for some more surprises. I'm happy about the staggered release since I'll be getting both, but was hoping Wii U was first & 3DS was second. Pretty good presentation overall I think.

OK. I calmed my hyped down, and waited a full page so there wasn't much spam!
I give it an 8/10. It was a great direct, but it felt boring/tedious at times, cause there was simply nothing hapenning. But there were very good news, some needed info, the freaking online ideas were brilliant, the little info on custom moves makes me want more of the direct (which it's an annoying move), and the returning characters + different forms of character addition were great. Only one character reveal was dissapointing, but the big amount of items+stages+character improvements and additions reveals made up on the let downs I had!

So now the problem is, what will the 3DS's big holiday game be?

If last year was Zelda, then it doesn't need a big holiday game! Zelda on handhelds don't sell consoles, but the 3DS still sold incredibly well!

• YES! The SSB4 Direct was today. Way too many news came out of it, but of course, the most important is: Ridley is not playable the release window is Summer for 3DS version, and Winter 2014 for Wii U. Online modes, character improvements, stages, items, Pokemon, and much more was detailed during the Direct! But I'll only leave here, specifically, the epic, ending trailer...
• Next Mario in the works, and possibly for Wii U. but also 3DS. Here's hoping for Wii U (But maybe is 3D Land 2).
