Is everyone going to be standing in line patiently or something. People are glued to their phone and smart devices any other time of day, they will do the same then especially and can find out what is going on. Its like when I have to work during E3, I just keep up with the highlights from N4G or stream on my phone.

Well any games announced are most likely to come from Sony first party. The ones that have yet to reveal their stuff is Naughty Dog, Bend, Media Molecule, and SSM. His wording says "World Premiere" which could also just mean something from a game already announced that we just haven't seen yet. This could refer to something like The Order Gameplay.
I imagine the announcement has to be something "flashy" or shocking. Something that is really going to rally the troops. ND's game could very well be shown, even though history leans more towards VGAs.
SideNote: When are the damn VGAs? It will be kinda weird of its inbetween the 2 launches or even worse...after. Shouldn't it be sometime early Nov?

The VGA's are December 7th if I'm not mistaken.
