I guess it's Twilight Princess, but it's still a good game.

I agree.

Guys, Zelda 2 sucked butt and you know it. Even Miyamoto said so. I've played it and hated every bit of the game.

Its sad to say but it has to be Majoras mask for me. I have just never dedicated that much time to it, I found it a very strange experience when I last tried to get through it (though that may have been down to the whiskey and lack of sleep at the time)

Current Game Machines: 3DS, Wii U, PC.

Currently Playing: X-Com(PC), Smash Bros(WiiU), Banner Saga(PC), Guild Wars 2(PC), Project X Zone(3DS), Luigis Mansion 2(3DS), DayZ(PC)

Do u have a link with miyamoto saying it?

Anyway i still think zelda 2 was an awesome game.

Ok i looked it up, miyamoto said  something like that.

Than i follow that assessment, even though i still liked it and it was the best side scrolling adventure rpg.

In my opinion it was way better than faxanadu and castlevania 2.

Zelda 1. It's tedious how you need to happen to put a bomb in a certain spot to progress in the game. It makes you want to pull your hair out. That plus challenging = lots of rage quitting.

Interesting that frowning upon OoT isn't preposterous in this thread, lol.

Anyway, I can't say since I've only ever played handheld versions, it's not that I don't want to play the main ones, I guess I've just had a really bad habit of getting Nintendo home consoles when LoZ stock/buzz is at it's lowest, ha.

I've always wanted to play WW, but now I'm stuck with the prospect of seeing if getting a Wii U for it is worth it, or if I'd be missing out by playing the GC version, FML...

I am more surprised that  Majora Mask is getting some hate actually... I am not getting mad at opinions, but it really surprises me.

Possibly because (as far as I'm aware) it's the only one that retained the fundamental mechanics/engine from the previous game (OoT), but yeah I actually find it the more intriguing of the two N64 games, hope it gets the 3DS OoT treatment someday.

2, the fuck was that thing?

Majora's Mask. One long stupid fetch quest where you keep repeating the same crap over and over until you do it all in the exact order in order to progress.. I've never finished it and I'm never going to finish it. I've played it once and quit shortly after and that was enough for me.

A Link to the Past is the runner up. For your standard overhead Zelda, this one is my least favorite. This game is so boring it's literally put me to sleep.

I've only played the above listed and Zelda 1, 2, Link's Awakening, Ocarina of Time, and Wind Waker. I've beaten all of those and actually like them. Out of the ones I like, Ocarina of Time is my least favorite though.  Zelda 2 is my favorite, followed by Link's Awakening, Zelda, then Wind Waker.

Any overhead Zelda fans that own a PS3?  Try out 3D Dot Game Heroes.  Amazing game.

Actually i liked that most in zelda 1. To be honest for me that was the very best Zelda game.

In Zelda 1 spend so much money buying bombs to find secrets that was so Fun. I just dont know why you could choose between big heart and potion. Did anyone ever take the Portion?

Anyway i changed My assessment of zelda 2, Miyamoto knows best
