Or you should just put a sticky note in front of the camera P:

Good, now even the paranoid can play with Kinect.

I thought the X1 worked without the kinect connected?

After what they did even with Merkel's phone I don't think that Kinect is something which could make my privacy even less private.

It does but some may want to use the voice commands but not the cam.

this has to be one of the dumbest things I have seen in video games...

I'll take Ten!

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

Good d damn it why didn't I thought of that??? Making money on the weak and simple minded... Damn me...

anyway I still wonder who is worried about the NSA and Kinect??? The real question is not whether they can or can not spy on you... Of course they can if they want to... The question is why would they spy on you??? Especially while gaming??? Do you really think you are as important as country leaders??? And even then its cell phones and email they hack, not the camera in the gym they go at to know how many push UPS they do in their routine...
