Wow. Cool info. How do you feel?

PS4 Controller Supposedly Works With Xbox 360

Jack of all trades.

A YouTube user has posted a video claiming that the DualShock 4 controller works with Xbox 360 consoles.

RageBeefSA posted the video, which you can see below, which he claims he managed to do thanks to some technical jiggery-pokery.

He reveals that he managed to make it work using "a combination of JoyToKey, a Cronus Device, and Cronus Bullseye software."

We already heard last week that the DualShock 4 would work with the PlayStation 3, PCs and Macs, so this isn't hugely surprising. Despite this, it's pretty interesting to think what impact this could have; will it also be possible to use the controller with Xbox One?

With both consoles schedule to release in under a month, we're sure it won't be too long before we find out.

Will it work on my NES?

I am just gonna throw my two cents in here on the whole 360 vs PS controller deal. I switched to PC about 1.5 years ago, and as such I got a 360 controller.

On BF3 I wasn't doing absolutely terrible, but I was doing half as well as I used to do on PS3. Then I learned that there were 360 emulators for Playstation controllers. In the first 5 minutes I got a 7 kill streak on foot using an AEK. My KDR soon skyrocketed.

So say what you will about which controller is more comfortable or whatever, but the Dualshock has a much smaller deadzone and IS more accurate. My online friends all switched after I told them...

Meanwhile I had to buy a third party controller to play Killzone and Call of Duty on the PS3 and instantly improved my game.  I usually play online on 360 and was actually surprised how much more dangerous I was against the PS3 players I was matched with.  It was likely the luck of the draw.

One thing I would like to say though-- NOBODY IS COMPARING THE PS3 CONTROLLER TO THE XBOX 360 CONTROLLER except me and you.  They were actually talking about the PS FOUR controller working on the Xbox 360.  I would actually like to try the PS4 controller because if it works with the 360, there's no doubt in my mind that it will be my 360 controller of choice.  The way reviewers have been speaking, the PS4 may be the best controller ever made!

Ooooh ...

If I could get my hands on a PS4 controller I'd have another go at those combo challenges in MKVSDC, the 360 dpad is just too crummy to attempt.

Alas I don't know anyone in my circle getting a PS4 ...

Edit - just saw the hoops you have to go through to do it, meh.

nevermind just read its "cheating"   because of joy2key whatnot....

But, but, my excitement level! Aww..... :(
