pointless, the 360 controller is perfect for the 360.

This will be useful for people moving from 360 to PS4 and want to get used to the dualshock controller.

Xbox owners should start mass buying this controller so that they can finally have a decent D-pad. Play some platforming and fighters.

How the hell can someone call this pointless?

People have preferences. If someone like myself drastically perfers the PS controller this is one less barrier for getting an X360 and possibly an XOne. This is a good thing and far from pointless, no matter which team you're cheering for.
