Yeah from adding some of the results it's pretty clear that some changes need to be made...and I'll start them off with the very first week.

Here's the revised scoring system. I think this one will do much better.

If your prediction is within .5% of the actual amount, you will get 20 points
If your prediction is within 2% of the actual amount, you will get 6 points
If your prediction is within 4% of the actual amount, you will get 3 points
If your prediction is within 12% of the actual amount, you will get 1 point
If your prediction is over 50% off from the actual amount, you will get -2 points
If your prediction is over 80% off from the actual amount, you will get -5 points
