Forums - Gaming - Xbox One automatically records key moments in FIFA 14, PS4 doesn’t

Can you only save one 15 minute allotment at a time? Thought you just press the button and it saves the past 15 minutes. Then you can edit the footage as you wish, whenever you wish.

You nailed it. Well said. We will always have the option in PS4.

nailed it first post in.

...i prefer the ps4 way.   this xbone feature reminds me of the LBP camera feature,..  when someone else decideds what moments are meaningful to me i inevitably spend a lot of time deleting bullshit i never wanted in the first place.

the author of this piece is stupid acting like this is A. big. B. an issue C. X1>ps4

So on either console you're going to be pilfering through some unwanted stuff to save the good stuff. Who cares.

Wonder why it's "exclusive" to Xbox One though. Is the PS4 limited strictly to 15 minute recording chunks?

For PS4 users, this could potentially create problems during online matches, as it isn’t exactly likely you’ll be able to pause an online game and edit footage of a great goal immediately after scoring, running the risk of the footage being lost.

Yeah, because a typical FIFA match lasts so much longer than 15 minutes...

I don't think I will ever use the share feature and I'm not interested in FIFA. But it's always better when you can decide yourself what is an highlight and what isn't. If the game decides that for you, you'll sooner or later find yourself not getting what you wanted. I mean, just look at the replays from FIFA 13 (didn't play 14 yet). They are almost always missing important stuff of a game and instead give you some unimportant free kick that didn't even come close to the goal...

if something memorable happens I can just pause and get that moment.  My friends and I normally watch replays anyway when something awesome happens.

So if a key moment for me is when I dribble all other players with my goal keeper, will the Xbox one not save it????

dont worry if your key moment is doing something dirty to your girlfriend, NSA will record it for you " just joking"

I perfer the xbox one option

Did you know ps4 only supports a 2.4 wireless signal?

The xbox one supports a wireless adapter capable of 2.4 - 5.0ghz.

The ONLY next gen console to do so.

I prefer the option where I don't have to play FIFA
