Maybe Microsoft should have called it the 720 after all :)

But honestly, even if true, this is not a big deal. The game will be fine - everything a COD game can be. I doubt that I can even tell the difference between 1080 and upscaled 720 on my home TV.

It isn't that big of a deal. Sure, it would be nice for X1 to have the superior version of CoD but I doubt the majority of CoD players won't even know of the difference, let alone notice there is one. If it was a title like... GTA VI, that would be bigger. It's more of a core title, though with gta v being so easy...

Of course it's a big deal. If majority of people is given a choice to which one to get, a COD 720p or 1080p, which do you think the majority of people will pick. I think 9 out of 10 will pick 1080p.

They do.... CoD on Xbox ONE is leading the PS4 version yet... even though PS4 it's self has more pre-orders. Hell, it' even beating the PS3 version in the US.

Hence my point.

Once the public is informed that the PS4 version (if confirmed) is superior then those pre-order will drastically change in favor of PS4. People buy next gen consoles for next gen graphics....Xbone seems to be not a next gen console in my eye.

Sorry but you guys should wait for a confirmation from the devs. I'm amazed by all the stupid gossip that originates in neogaf that turns out to be false and somehow people still want to believe the crap that comes from that forum.

I'd take what Gaf say over anything a lot of people on this site were believing from MisterXmedia. This will be more than likely true!

I think we will see many Xbox Fans not caring about 1080p Next Gen!

That said, I don't care about 1080p. And I'm a PlayStation Fan. I would play Killzone: Shadow Fall in 720p and wouldn't even care or notice. Not a big deal for me, but yeah, of course there are meltdowns again. Oh look, some reason to hate, go for it. :P
