still leaning toward PS4 on the game front, but XBO on the community/online side of things (have more friends online in XBL), gah I wish I could get both tbh, but right now I am only gonna be able to save up for one (who knew moving out was so expensive :P)

One big thing I found that could effect sells is walk ins. There are a lot of people that do not pre-order but there might be a lot of walk in to a retail store, see one console sold out and the other on the shelf and put the trigger. I know I did that with the PS3. I really did not expect any to be available when I walked into a gamestop but they had a few left and I pulled the trigger because I had the money.

Do people think having less countries to sell, MS might have more stock for walk in or will Sony have enough to provide all 32 countries including stock for walkins.

Xbox one games to grow in the charts

simple fix.  So there's a clean slate this gen.  Sell your friends on the system that is less expensive upfront and gives them free games for subscribing.  If you like PS exclusives use those too.  No reason for last gen online networks to effect next gen purchases unless you're a trophy/achievement whore.

Well this makes things very interesting. I thought the ps4 would win US (certainly the launch) pretty easily but this looks like it will be very close. Looking forward to the next gen console war.
