That seems nearly impossible. (Change of exclusivity)

If Microsoft had gotten timed exclusivity of this, clearly it would be in the deal that it couldn't be announced until after the game itself released.

So the only way it could be the case is if it's like FF13.

Where the developers just chose it to be single console with no money, and are changing their minds half way through.

The thing is we don't know that type of language that go into these exclusivity contracts. FOR EXAMPLE: There might be an op out clause that if the Xbone doesn't have a certain market share, EA can get out of the deal earlier.
