Can you have yourself logged in at multiple PS4's at same time.

Like Netflix you can have 4 people streaming off of one account at once.

Meaning if I have 4 ps4's spread throughout the house. Can they all be logged into user "IRSTUPID" at the same time and all play Knack at the same time?

Yeah. The master console can have rpetty much anyone sign in and play that game, but at least on the 360 MS wants the DRM to only be used by that user that paid for it. However, I know people who basically download say one version of Saints Row 4 and co-op the game with a friend/family member by having one person play on that master console while the person who bought the game plays on another console, signed in of course, and they can co-op that way.

This is basically (the PS4 way) is looking identical to how the 360 handles the DRM. Which is good from what I can see.

You actually can deactivate remotely using your PC. If you sign into your SEN account there is an option to activate/deactivate in the account settings.

You can. Have the kid play on your main PS4 with his own account and log on the other one online with your account. Really theres nothing here. Some people trying to say Microsoft is nice and dandy and Sony is doing the same when they clearly arent.

When was sharing an official thing for PS3???

I thought you could buy a game on PSN download it. Give the details of your account to a friend and he re-downloads the game to hes PSN. This was done so that if people ever got new systems that they could re-download the game up to 5 times. This was reduced to two times a few years back.

If you do that though and buy a new PS3 you wont be able to re-download games you already bought. Which was shitty? Doesnt this new way make it better?

Why are people saying this is bad? Or am i missing something?

Even when they knocked down the number of PS3 you can share with. You just need to deactivate the account on one console and activate it on another and share the games/add-ons that way.

You can desactive any system via Sony website... easy and fast.

The only limitation is that you just can desactive one system each six months I guess... so you can desactived/actived a system today and other tomorrow... you need to wait some time.

You can only deactivate your PlayStation®3 system from the PlayStation®Network by using your PS3™ system. You cannot deactivate it using a PSP (PlayStation®Portable) system or PC.

  1. On the XMB™ menu, go to PlayStation®Network and sign in to your PlayStation®Network account.
  2. Go to Account Management > System Activation > PS3™ System.
  3. Select the type of content you no longer want your PS3™ system to use.
  4. Highlight [Deactivate System] and press the X button. Your system is now deactivated.
  5. Highlight [OK] and press the X button.

Disappointing. While it wasn't that big of a feature for me as if I wanted the game I'd purchase it, I was still able to play shitty games I had no interest in when friends wanted me to. Like Resident Evil 6 for instance. Now if someone wants me to play a game multiplayer with them, I'll have to buy a game I don't have interest in. :(. Not going to happen.

Looks like it's the same as the PS3 then.  They must have confused information.  Maybe misquote from the ops post, or someone said the wrong thing?

Who knows, maybe there is a one time licensing fee on Knack.  It could just be depending on the game.  Bionic Command Rearmed and Final Fight Double Impact have DRM that forces you to be online while you play those so only one person can play at a time.  Most other games don't have this.
