Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Thats what were waiting to see.

I think they will, but maybe not as bad cause they actually got a couple of games to keep that drought under control, while Nintendo had to deal with delays and Ubisoft withdrawing their launch of Rayman.

All consoles will suffer in sales soon. So many options out there these days. Infamous 1 and 2 sold a total of 3 million games, relying on that franchise is suicide, Its not a system seller and never was. Only games to really pick up Sony or Xbox in sales is the next big Naughty Dog or Halo games.

People talk absolute rubbish, there was plenty of hype before WiiU' launch amongst Nintendo fans, but see what you want to see.

amongt nintendo fans and mainly nintendo fans only. it explains the very strong first month sales, then the drop of sales after it. the market its self wasnt really hyped for the console. thats my take on it

I seriously doubt it. The hype level for the Xbone/Ps4 is 100x that of the Wii U before it launched. Plus besides exclusives the third party audience is usually home for Xbox and Playstation.

No, the hype is not greater. But there are more Sony and Micrsofot fans to buy the console the first months.

No, for both. Both will have 3rd party support. Niether will have as big of a drought WiiU had. And both will just down right be more wanted

Prob not.  XBO has Halo 5, Quantum Break, and multiple others that looks like they wont be here until late next year.

PS4 i think may struggle through the beginning of the year a little bit up until  later because there isnt much beyond InFamous announced so far.  But after e3 PS4 will likely be good as well.  But maybe Sony's brand name, third party games , and pricing will push the PS4 until then.  Will have to wait and see on that i guess.  PS4 so far has really sold off of hype and the mistakes of MSFT.  There is a good chance that will die down after launch months like it did with WiiU.

What it comes down to is how important early adopters will consider third party games on next gen.

the sales of the infamous games are not complete here. other than that infamous 2 was released digitally so we dont know how much it sold, we actually have no idea how much they did. Sony wouldnt be making a 3rd game if they werent succesful.
