nooooo! its a tm  called Rock Smash, if you fly to the city where the aquarium is at (the city before you go to the 2nd badge) you'll see a boy outside, he gives you the TM

Lol, I'm 6 gyms late. It's weird that I missed it since I'm always careful to talk to every person I can find.

So I picked up Batman: Arkham Origins today, when in the corner of my eye I saw it...

I have the Butterfly-like pocket monsters, Beautifly, Masquerin, and Butterfree. Not amazing but not terrible either I guess, well except for Masquerin. That thing needs to go die in a fire!

You should borrow some from me. I have far too much self control regarding Pokemon. Although not in the usual sense. 

When I was seven, I drew a Charmander picture (which I mentioned in the other post), had it framed and hung it over my bed. I made a promise to the picture (that sounds rather odd, writing it down) that I would never take it down. My sister pointed out that was a bit extreme promise, so I instead said that for as long as I kept a childlike demeanour, and didn't (mentally) grow old and cynical, I would keep it hanging over my bed. 

So I can't take it down. It would be saying that I've abandoned all my seven year old self loved. And I can't do that. I'm morally bound by promises I made 13 years ago, to a picture.

Even when I moved, I took the it with me and hung it up over my new bed. 

Having written it down, I'm not sure if that's really having a lot of a very strange self-control, or if it's having none at all. Either way, I'm very glad I never took down the picture. It's a nice picture, and if I'm ever down, it's a nice remember of where I'm from and where I'm going.

How many starters do you get to pick? I'm pretty OCD, so I'm thinking about picking all fire starters, but if you can pick 3 starters I might choose one of each type.

You can pick two, one from the 6th gen (chespin, fennekin or froakie) and one from 1st gen (bulbasaur, charmander or squirtle) and there is an online event for a torchic (the fire starter of the 3rd gen)

In addition to what MANUELF said, you could also reset until you get a female starter, then once you reach the pokemon daycare, breed it and trade it's babies onto the GTS for all the other starters and whatever pokemon you want to use on your team. That's what I did to get my now Togekiss! ^_^

Also, I just caught Moltres, Mewtwo, and Zygarde in one fell swoop, no resets! Pachirisu with Super Fang and Nuzzle is just too strong for capturing pocket monsters!

He did not reckon with Mega Venusaur, however.

Also: my Scrafty can solo Froakie!Calem's team at this point. Moxie is a good ability for Scrafty, since fighting/Dark gives him a lot of coverage and then with each KO, he gets stronger.
