lol are you serious?
OT: 250k on what, a 1.5 million install base? Not bad at all I say, especially since the game is bound to have legs!

well in 2 days here in the states it sold 243k and in about the same time sold about 100k in Japan. That's already about 343k globally in a few days. Europe and the rest of the world haven't got it yet. Well Europe got it today. But how bad will it sell? not bad at all. I bet by the week ending of November 30th globally it will be at 600-800k. Then by the end of the year it will probably be around 2 million. Remember that Mario games keep selling pretty strong long after launch so it will not do BAD but in lifetime sales. I would say about 8 million or more in lifetime sales. Even though it seems impossible now because Wii U it's self just passed the 4 million mark, doesn't mean it couldn't at least sell up to at least 30 million in its life time. As long as it sells more than Sunshine it won't sell BAD.
I predict 240k for US in 2 days, and 100k in 3 days for Japan. Oh wait...
I am one of the reasons Super Mario 3D World isn't selling insane numbers..
..at retail. I downloaded itXD

Looked back on your post and felt ashamed, NP?
This game will probably sell during the whole WiiU's life cycle, so it will depend on how the console in general will perform in the long run.
People who say this game looks sub par probably haven't played it yet. It's my 4th favorite Mario.
8 Million by 2016.
Well, I just got mine despeite the fact that I'll only be able to play in three weeks, so...
