@Bold Why don't you start pointing that out in the whole discussion then its not like you have any proof for it, right ? 

They aren't arguements, they are cold hard facts.

And to make an acutal comment relevant to OP, i expect it do 5-6 Million Life time, 7 Million+ if wii u explodes for some reason and sells more than 50million consoles.

Yeah, the way I see it, the launch of the PS4, XBOX ONE and the price drop from PS3 and 360 will make the future REALLY bleak for the wiiU, specially if the PS4 and ONE games start to be light years ahead of the wiiU can pull out. I mean, if the wiiU version of Watchdogs is as shitty as the PS3 version and stuff like that, people will start to lose faith really fast.

right now the top 3 games from the system are

1 Nintendo Land WiiU 2012 Action Nintendo 1.28 0.54 0.36 0.19 2.36
2 New Super Mario Bros. U WiiU 2012 Action Nintendo 0.97 0.42 0.56 0.15 2.09

so, I guess it can kick Nintendo Land butt and go to 4 million, but, what miracle are you expecting at this point?

I mean, the gamecube was on par with the competition, the Wii was unique and had a great gimmick. but, what the WiiU has besides classic Nintendo franchises in HD?

Im not expecting a miracle, Iim expecting the games that consistantly sell over 5m to boost hardware sales. Wii U has another 4 years or so, do u think it will continue to sell at this rate for its ebtire life?

Well Wii U Is $100-200 cheaper than PS4/One and thats with a game+free online so its more like $200-300 cheaper so id say alot of people will see the value. And the typical consumer wont care that Wii U had a lousy first year. Somebody who is a fan of Mario/Donkey Kong/Zelda/Mario Kart/Smash Bros isnt going to skip buying a Wii U in 2014 because it had a drought in 2013.

Except for one thing, those games won't have any affect seeing as how the WII U lost every new audience they gained from the WII if only nintendo would accept the fact that gamecube was a failure and that they thrive in blue ocean then it would be different. 2D mario is family oriented otherwise why didn't 3D mario do the same god damn thing ?! It doesn't matter if the WII U is cheaper or not seeing as how PS4/X1 will have the games to justify their prices.

The fact that the WII U is doing horrible compared to the same time frame that the wii did. Do you know why the wii was successful at the beginning because nintendo sure don't seem to understand LOL or anyone here for that matter other than rolstoppable or sean malstrom and the others. The wii u will have games to justify it's purchase but your forgetting the fact that nintendo went red ocean with a bunch of sharks where sony and microsoft are the biggest predators. 

Ur not really making any sense. U said the blue ocean games wont bring back families and ur proof is because they arent buying a console that currently lacks games that appeal to them?

Those aren't blue ocean games anymore they have to compete with kinect sports and just dance LMAO. What will bring back the audience is block buster games like GTA  or COD but that is unrealistic to expect that from nintendo. 

GTA and COD Iis going to bring back the Wii Sports/Fit crowd?

I think they have some overlap so yeah I guess. If you assume that there is a barrier between hardcore or casual then you need to seriously study why the wii was successful.

What claim did i just make? Do you want me to prove that i didn't make a prediction in this thread? OK read my other posts, this was the first time i made a prediction about the game.
