I'm talking instant weather inducers, but yeah by Moves it was 5 turns (or 8 with damp rock, etc.), its just they were made almost obsolute by permenant weather.

And yes switching in again would reset it, but its very predictable and limits those that try and set up under weather (Growth Venusaur for example).

THANK GOD!!! Best new improvent competivly brough fro this gen that I heard! Wheather in Ou was soooooo tireing it was on EVERY team its part of the reason I stopped playing for awhile becuase it got so stail! I havent checked this page in awhile so Im just catching up on all the new stuff!

Old description: A unique attack that varies in type and intensity depending on the Pokémon using it.

Only Roserade and Mr. Mime would benefit from Hidden Power + Technician cause its a Special Attack.
