Ya they're around 7, and while some like you or I may understand that a 7 can still be a good game, most people write off anything below an 8 as mediocre these days. That's a real shame IMO, because you can miss out on some games you might really enjoy if you just gave them a chance

Well there are games with review scores in the 70s or lower that do well. There are also games with scores over 80 that struggle.

Reviews help drive sales, but a game that's poorly received by critics can still do well if it just appeals to a certain group.

It's my style of game and a style that doesn't get the red carpet treatment often enough. Like with the last Superman movie, i don't care what reviewers say. It looks good and I'm interested so I'm a-buyin!

Is this a troll attempt? Because Heavy Rain averaged an 8.7 on Metacritic. I find it hard to believe that every critic hates Quantic Dream and will give their games a bad score after seeing how well they liked the last game. If you ask me, most of the hate for the game came from many irrational consumers, not critics. 


I always buy QD games at launch, I love them.



My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

I see the typical comments that were made before Heavy rain was released are back for two souls. lets wait and see folks, got forbid someone try something different then the COD games that dominate this gen.

wonder what the budget of this game is,it will probably be a million seller but can't see it doing much more than that

27 million is the budget. However, I think people should be more optimistic on their predictions (especially considering 3EYOND's higher pre-orders than QD's last game), as we wouldn't want a repeat of Heavy Rain. ;)

it will probably sell the same of heavy rain don't you think,i guess they hope for more but they are quite niche games

not that i actually know what is in beyond game style wise,i'll still give it buy though
