Probably a little more than 7 or 8, if you included III and IV. Those are the only GTA games I've played.

you guys realize if you invest it doesnt show on your wallet on the site, you have top look seperatly at your portfolio. all 3 of mine have 0-15 bucks.. but i have a networth of all 3 over 500 million.. ive put in 20-25 hours but have left it paused alot so my timer is way higher then it should be.

How much money do you guys have including stocks?

I'll play the online, but probably won't touch single player again for quite some time.  Whenever I decide to replay the game.  Not a trophy whore so don't care about a platinum.

If you're trying to get money, don't do any of Franklin's assassination missions.  After you complete the game, then do the assassination missions and put everything into whatever stock is going to increase.  Go to your house and sleep two to four times, then sell all of that stock for profit.   To do it with all three characters and get the most out of it, I'd recommend saving before doing the mission with Franklin, do the opening part of the mission, loading the  game, then buy the stock for everyone.  If you make a mistake and lose all your money, you still have that manual save to fall back on.

Unfortunately the stock system in the game is rigged.  Completely based on events that happen within the game.  So making any sort of money through stocks legitimately isn't going to happen.

That is only true for the LCN,  the Bawsaq is online and changes depending on user actions,  although what those actions are remains clear.  Not sure if they go up and down based on share purchases, or using company products in game.. from reading online its heard when you do an assasination mission that effects the Bawsaq, itll unsinc your game for 1 hour so you can benefit, then an hour later it should resinc with the online values.  Carefull tracking has led many to make massive returns of HAL and PIS.  

I have invested most of my money, but left them all with some "spending money" of a few million, in case I want to buy another plane

the LCN is virtually impossible to make money out of unless you cheat with saved game files.  they have a basic range that they fluctuate in, and its not the listed high/low and the chart doesnt mean anything.   It took alot of patience and a pen/paper  to track the 10 cheapest(smaller price lets you see much higher returns as 40 cents for a 3 dollar stock is way different than a 500 dollar one)    Ive heard the radio and the website offers tips but i havent had any luck with that.

The Bawsaq seems to be the place to make loads of cash outside the assasinations.   PIS and HAL are the 2 lowest by vast margin.   HAL was 75 cents a few days ago and now its at 7 bucks.   thats dam good return.   PIS got down to 3ish and is now charting back up. I got in around 3.7.   if either of these return to the starting value,  even at current prices you will have 500+ percent return.

EDIT:  Reddit seems to be organizing a mass sell off of PIS stock late monday.  this has spread to other forums including GAF, where alot of people are buying PIS.   now because of the planned sell off alot of people want to sell early and make sure they make that profit, so if you do invest in it,  watch it like a hawk on monday because you could very well get burned

The BAWSAQ updates hourly.   just did a few seconds ago and PIS continues to rise.  at about 5.5 now.
