Even better than I remember it, great scale and draw distance no one can deny that.
Love how fast and seamless it is to switch between weapons in battle (here goes the button smashing argument) , you're gonna be busy using a various kinds of weapons and skills the whole time, it is obvious form the footage really. I guess you only see what you want to see ;)

Idk how anyone can call this a button masher when hes teleporting all over the place, switching weapons, using magic and I saw some special sword abilities in there too. Also it looks like there's special moves you can do with members of your party and I'm sure I'm missing some stuff too. This is no way resembles a button masher and it feels like people are just saying that in a desperate way to find any reason to hate on the game.
They should show overworld footage, I want to see how big is the world (please no more corridors)

Indeed. the game brings big changes and new daring ideas to the franchise, it will be hated for it no matter what. I can already see some reviews go like " XV is a great game but dosn't feel like a FF ".

They are 99.5% identical , nothing new. the trailer was meant for the Japanese audience.
Meeh... it's pretty I give you that but the gameplay...ewww... looks to be just another button-smashing game
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing
