Why do you keep baning without talking?

Hello folks;
Without flamming I want to talk with you all about my ban, I want to show my defence:
I visit almost everyday VGChartz and I see flammed debates all the time, I think for myself "there aren't moderators", then I see written in the site:
"VGChartz: Do you like civil discussions? Are you looking for a place where you can share your opinions without getting attacked by rabid fanboys? If the answer is no then come and join up!"
I did join up and started 2 posts, you can check:

Anyway, I was insulted (you can see the posts):
First post:
libellule - "Who said all the "new account maker" where Sony fanboy ... ?" - Called me a fanboy
Jandre002 - "Before I smack you around with 1,000,000 reasons why your analysis is pointless and stupid, how old are you? If your older than 11 then I will proceed to tear you apart (no homo)." - .....
Second post:
Squall_Leonhart - "Trolling much Black?" - .....
Squall_Leonhart - "Idiot fanboy, no reason is needed other than insantiy/desperation" - .....
LordAkhenUlv - "Youre too stupid for people to listen to you, shut it" - .....
Magnific0 - "They could ban him sure, but I think leaving this thread up just adds to the embarrassment he has brought upon his pathetic self." - .....
I didn't use ofensive language (I put £@£ instead of the real letters), I was defending myself from the attacks! So I want justice to be served, please unban me and ban the people that offended me. I have screen saves of all the offences so I can prove them all (even if they edit the posts).
And for moderators, why do you ban without talking? Did you know that most ppl have dinamic IP and can re-register every time they want?
I hope you see and answer this post, thanks and sorry! But your words and some users pushed me to the limit!

I'm hopping this site is just for everyone, I don't want to believe that it's runned by "fanboys".

Gap = 7.060.000
PS3 now (I don't know tomorrow) sells, let's say, 45.000 more weekly consoles:
Japan - 30.000
Other - 15.000
TO CLOSE THE GAP IT TAKES:
7.060.000 / 45.000 = 156.8888889 Weeks
156.8888889 x 7 = 1098.222222 Days
1098.222222 / 365 = 3.008828005 Years
So it will take PS3 3 years to close the gap
