I'm not trolling. I'm ironizing the fact that many capcom games are released on anything that cam compute some bytes of data. they even released RE2 for a thing with calculator like graphics.

Considering what 3DS owners just got I don't find that very strange.

Another gen, another batch of "Buy this (gimped) (spinoff) game/port and you may or may not (most likely the latter) get the real deal later (later as in never)" games. Lovely isn't it.

Seriously? That's what you were always talking about? Are you for real? Frontier was never a part of Nintendo's exclusivity deal, hence why expansions kept being released for PC and 360. The absence of Frontier on PlayStation made people wonder if Nintendo's deal wasn't so much about exclusivity, but rather only about keeping the MH IP as a whole away from Sony. The announcement of Frontier for PS3 and Wii U put an end to that sort of speculation and today's announcement of Frontier isn't shocking. All this time I thought you were talking about a proper Monster Hunter game coming to the Vita which I didn't really disagree with. It just wouldn't happen until two or three years after Monster Hunter 4 was released. No bragging rights for you at this point in time. |
I simply said MH would inevitably come to Vita. I expect Frontier to sell well on Vita as the others systems it's on are consoles, which are less popular in Japan than handhelds, and then the game's success on Vita will pave the way for a major entry to appear on the system. Cue explosion of Vita sales in Japan.

bro i dont think this gonna sell well at all, name brand yes, but Monster Sales? no. People are claiming not only is this game old, but by far the worse of the franchise

Japan would buy a hundred thousand blank discs if they had "Monster Hunter" on the box.

You shouldn't expect Frontier to sell well on anything.
Although it is Monster Hunter and so it will probably sell more than it should.
But the bolded made me laugh.
