It's a marketing campaign for Pokemon XY for the US. In the next few weeks there will be 12 hints given out to open up pokeballs on the site that contain digital prizes and you may win a 3DS and a copy of the game. To get into the site and not go through that youtube video the code is XY1012

The site that is mentioned. You need a password to enter and they have a mildly annoying youtube vid to slog through and about half way through it is on a monitor with professor oak.
