They had similar thing for other games online systems detecting them, only detects pokemon with impossible stats or illegal moves or something hacked lazily, you can hack a perfect legal-stat and legal-move team of shiny legendaries with right checks and it doesn't do a thing against them.

Completely destroys what makes shinies special and craps on hard work of breeders and IV etc training.  Cheapens the entire thing.

They could even have just let you import, but when imported all pokemon reset to level 1 with random stats/IV/EV and no shiny (so wipe away hacks), but not even doing that.

Nintendo clueless again, had a great chance to start slate clean.  Didn't realise was announced can import, online be a waste of time again.

how can you cancel a pre order if you never pre ordered in the first place? Gamefreak announce there wont be hacks, the last tourny i entered, they caught over 5k players with hacked on their teams, they will not be allowed to transfer and even if they are, are you really upset with less than 50k players using hack pokemon out of over 15mil users that will buy XY? Come on Now

I had a pre-order for X, cancelled it a few minutes ago.  Gamefreak do what they can against hacks but if someone hacks in a way that is possible in-game (just with extreme luck and huge amount of work) and they don't get lazy on certain checks then they cannot detect them.  B/W2 can detect hacks but still loads of hacks online.

People that hack do so to be competitive so they the ones found online more often.Lot more than 50k looking at hack apps on phones and stuff.



well if it bothers you they your only hurting yourself from playing an amazing game, its going to be by far best pokemon game after the first 2 gens. 1 less sale dont matter though

Ppl hoping for a WiiU game are setting themselves for disapointment. Do you think they will seriously drop the megaton bomb randomly on a monday via the pokémon's company website or twitter less than 1month before the big release of X/Y? That news would come at E3 or Nintendo Direct... Plus their next be release is less than 1month away, they need to build hype for this game, no way they would divert ppl's attention to a other game. And FYI, that 3D HD was clearly from a ''nomal'' pokémon game and not a fighting game. I have no idea why ppl think it's from a fighting game, you see Lucario on the bottom left corner facing his back to us and Blaziken on the top right corner facing us. What's so special about this? You know where else we've seen a pokémon facing away from us on the bottom left corner of the screen and a othe pokémon facing us on the top right corner? IN EVERY FREAKING POKÉMON BATTLE ON EVERY FREAKING MAIN POKÉMON GAME SINCE BLUE/RED! Why are ppl thinking it's a fighting game?!

Back on topic, probably a new pokémon/mega evo, or the announcement of an 3DS app that will compliment the game, something like a new pokédex.

Or some promotion. My dream is that everyone who preorders gets a Mew equiped with a mega-stone. Mega-Mew! That would be awsome aslong as mega-mew remains super cute just like the original :D
