Forums - General - Samsung shows off massive 98-inch Ultra HD TV

I think this TV is...

too small 45 32.37%

just right 52 37.41%

too big 40 28.78%

Total:137

Gorgeous. Can't wait to mount that monster over my windows (who needs sunlight when you have that?) so I can play Mario Kart Wii on it!

Will never game on anything less than a 60" ever again. I think 90+ inches would be too big for my house though, nowhere good to put it...

15 years too soon.

Santa is going to be mad when he get's this on his list. As if the chimneys wasn't small enough for his stomach.

the bezel itself costs a lot , it gives the tv a drawing board look, I don't like this trend of making them extremely expensive and fancy looking rather than making them more affordable and more improved, 98 inch is too big and going to make most things look pixelated.

This is just the baby model.

Would love to have it, but a minor remodel would be in order.

Thinking that I need to buy a few more lottery tickets :)

It will get to the point where we have 301 inch TV's just like in Futurama, it's getting ridiculous now. I think 32 inches is big enough.

Also, why have a 98 inch TV when i can buy a projector instead? I could probably buy a decent new car for what this huge TV would cost.

Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030

ordered 3 for eyefinity lol

Well for the target market, I'm sure home size is not an issue. I guess. Anyways I'd love something of that size if I could afford it.
