Only thing is, I just can't stand watching Anime in Japanese. I have that stereotypical male flaw of being unable to multi-task, and for me unless it playing a racing video game, I just can't do it. So I can't watch an English sub Japanese anime because I have to choose to either watch or read it. I am incapable of both.

I'm into 4 genres, epicly serious, well written, well animated action, or just plain stupid anime's. This is why Elfin Lied (Serious take on psychopathology), Code Geass (well written), Black Lagoon (well animated, great action scenes) and High School of the Dead (Stupid funny) are my favorite animes. Plus any anime which combined 2 or more of the above is just insane (FMA and DBZ).

Anyway I've watched a lot of anime lately, and I feel that most recommendations I read now are for Japanese audio animes, which is a shame for me. I really need some English Dub recommendations. For reference, I have watched and loved the following

Afro Samurai (I love it, the enemies are pretty bad ass)
Bacanno! (OMFG favorite!)
Berserk (Waste of time IMO, just need to watch the first and last episodes, which are amazing)
Black Lagoon
Claymore (Loved it, but it ended oddly, which makes sense because the Manga is 3x as long)
Code Geass (Favorite)
Cowboy Beebop (great)
Durarara (Good romance)
Dragon Ball + DBZ + DBGT
Elfin Lied (Favorite)
Fate/Stay (Didn't like it)
FLCL (WTF? Didn't like)
Full Metal Alchemist + Brotherhood (loved both)
Ghost in the Shell (loved it)
Gundam 00 (meh) and Wing (loved)
Highschool of the Dead (Funny as hell, loved it)
Neon Genesis Evangeleon (Hated)
Samurai Champloo

Others I can't remember

To Watch List

Akira
Anohana
Appleseed
Attack on Titan (when dubbed)
Baka to test to shoukanjuu
Fate Zero (Now that an english dub is available)
Full Metal Panic
Garden of Words
Higurashi
#%@$!*Mirai Nikki (Future Diary) - If I can find a dub*!$@%#
Monster
Puella Magi Madoka Magica
Samurai X
Steins Gate
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (Sold on the half naked protagonist)
The Melancholoy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Thinking About

Angel Beats
Haru
Shiki
Spirited Away
The Girl Who Lept Through Time
Tsubasa Chronicles (Is this a sequel to Cardcaptor Sakura?)
Wolf Children

Pass:

Pokemon
Soul Eater (I watched a bit, too odd for me)

Recommend me something good, but it has to be English Dub

You have a very opposite taste to me. I've watched a lot of the stuff you mentioned, but I feel it's targeted towards a younger audience (Sailor Moon, Card Captor Sakura), and I just don't like it. Some stuff like DBZ and FMA are gems, but I have no interest in Naruto, and Saint Seya.

Thanks though.

One Piece, Toriko, Beelzebub are also very nice.

EDIT: Oh, and Berserk

If you want less childish, I'm a lot into josei lately.

You can try usagi drop, hourou musuko, aoi hana, bakemonogatari, puella magi madoka magica (seems childish, is not), sword art online and panty and stocking.

How many of these are English dub?

I can't find anything for Hourou Musuko so even if I wanted to try it.... I've looked into Sword Art Online, not interested.

puella magi madoka magica is the only one I can find english dubs for, and I dunno about it......

Madoka is considered best anime of 2011, is being adapted into 3 movies, and is a seinen.

Aoi Hana and Usagi drop should be english dubbed. Bakemonogatari probably isn't, most of the humor is already lost in translation with subs and notes.

Fate/Zero is Japanese only. I watched Fate/Stay, didn't really like it, but if you watch the Anime Zone review of Fate Zero then I still might like Fate/Zero. Waiting for an english dub.

Loved Death Note.

Pass on Pokemon.
