I'll let the video speak for itself. 
Odd they call it a "lighter" when there is no flame so beyond igniting your smokes it seems useless. Granted no fuel needed and no flint to wear out could be beneficial to many. as a smoker I'd probably buy one but soon go back to my lighter when I needed to light a fire while camping.
