On the topic of what the article actually said, seems like a good idea to me. It's not fair to judge people based on their actions from the past, they may have matured. If they haven't they will end up back there again in no time anyway.

No mandatory demos? That was one of the best things about the 360 imo.

It doesn't make sense not to have demos when every game will be digital for the X1. If I'm going to be buying digital for full price I'll want to try the game first to see if it's worth my time.
