No it isn't. We know exactly what is on the Kinect2 SoC. You got your teardown on the HotChips talk slides. Again don't start another silly rumour with "it is still a possibilty". Again, it isn't. End of story. No magical cpus, no magical gpus on the Kinect2. No secret sauce to find there.  End of story.

I was wrong (I said there are a dCPU into Kinect)... Kinect uses the Xbone SoC to processing... the sensor/camera CPU just make the data processing... what to do with this data is processed into Xbone SoC... so in fact Kinect will use resources from Xbone.

I'm sofftware engineer that works at IBM.

And all my post about hardware/software here in VGC are true... you can complain about my biased over PlayStation brand but not about hardware/software facts.

Well I'm a software engineer too (working at Oracle) and I will never pretend to be a "hardware engineer" which is a completly different world. Maybe you proved to these guys that you are effectively a software engineer working for IBM but to me it means nothing while talking about the hardware. (I love how engineer is used in certain country while simply talking about application developpers even if it has nothing to do with real engineering but anyway).

As far as your post, as they are usualy just links to other sources I do not know why you assume I do not believe them, prove me wrong... You seems to assume a lot of things  :)

The way you are responding and biasing your posts (for instance if you post even a good news about MS/Xbox, you will find a way to turn it into something evil/bad/wrong/immoral/etc...)... And fyi, I do not even believe in these rumors about the dGPU and other stuff but I find interresting for people to talk about it and even speculate... You on the other hand are just posting that kind of stuff (the unicorn being the last in date...).

Good job Mr. Software Engineer who is also a Hardware Engineer ;)

Just as information in Brazil to be engineer you must have a university degreee (5 years)... so not sure what you were babling about...

Why is that days after this rumor was debunked by Penello, this article still goes on? And now people are actually trying to float the possibility that there MAY be some kind of CPU/GPU in Kinect to help with Xbox One's graphical ability. Really?

The PS4 is more powerful. Just get over it. If you really don't like the fact you are supporting/buying the weaker of the two, than buy a PS4. If you're fine with the weaker system, because you don't mind it and/or like the exclusives, then just purchase it and stop trying to downplay the performance gap. Because the gap is there, and it WILL BE noticeable. Maybe not so much on multi-plats, but definitely on exclusives.

If I were you I wouldn't doubt about multiplatform titles because the performance gap is bigger and while the PS4 is easier to code for.
