Count it as debuncled as you can, just a fanboy blog that got the undeserved attention of people that were hoping Xbone had more power (on paper) to shut PS4 fans (even tought these same people will say to you that specs doesn't matter).

People could be more sincere and say that specs are great and they would love if their system of preference had more (no matter how much it have), but they will buy that system because they preffer the games of said system. The games I like are almost 100% on PS plat so I keep in this ecosystem.

Not if they were restricted by NDA's, as the rumor claims. Sheesh, I feel like 50 people have said this same thing without reading the rumors.

Not saying the rumors are true, just saying that the rumor itself covers this scenario if people would actually take 5 seconds to read through it instead of just shrugging it off

Besides, if the September 29th date is true, and we learn a mega super power crystal is inside the Xbox One, that's plenty of time for MS to market and get a lot of the on the fence gamers out there to switch their pre-orders (if there are any Xbox One pre-orders left by then). Just saying. Marketing won't really start for these machines until late September/October anyways.

If this does prove to be true (doubtful but hopeful), I can only foresee issues. you can't change your hardware this late in the game and NOT come out of it with a tonne of hardware issues. Look at the Xbox 360, rushed to come out in 2005, ended up with the highest console failure rate of all time.

I do hope this is true, perhaps it;ll make the system only marginally less impressive than the PS4 instead of being a significant chunk weaker...but it has a long way to go before it's the 'better' console. and as long as price is a factor and the gamers of the world still deem the kinect a fad, the Xbone just plain will not be a viable purchase.

Of course, there's brand loyalty, and we all know Microsoft and Xbox are huge in america...so I'm sure this gen will do just fine.

Hahahhahahhahaha! LOL this is impossible! They clearly would have told us! The only way this could be true is if they are delaying it till Christmas...

I sadly feel the same way.  I see this going one of the following ways:

1 - They are alterign the chipset to be more powerful late in the game, making the system unstable and unpredictable, resulting in errors.

2 - The console gets delayed till christmas, resulting in Sony winning ALL The gamer's money. 

3 - This entire ordeal turns out to be BS and it's just hopeful, wishful thinking. 

I mean, I'd love to be wrong and have it work flawlessly and be released at the end of November and have everyone go home happy, but if it really IS there inside the console and Microsoft failed to mention it all this time, then I worry for their supposedly market-savvy nature.  IF they didn't have the foresight to add it beforehand, then you know what? I have no hope for them. 

You have to have PS+ to access your free games, xbox live you don't.

If true, this was a very well hidden secret and would cause some meltdowns on this site.

So when this gets proven wrong as the 1.9ghz cpu clock will u guys eat crow and apologize to ethomaz or will u guys still go on with ur bs and still carry some hope that the xbone is still somehow through the magic of the clowdz more powerful than the ps4?

I want it to be true. Just because it would be so funny to see Xbox Fans arguing about the importance of specs all of a sudden and PS fans talking about how it won't make a difference because of blah. I would be quoting old posts all day, just for the lulz.
