I've never really played anything drunk, but while high, go and play RE4 for the first time, you laugh and get scared by the dumbest thing. lol

I just thought, one time me and my mates tried to play elite beat agents whilst drunk... it is near impossible

Wii sports is pretty hilarious while drinking too.  As is Excite Truck.

Pretty much any fighting game, but especially Tekken.

Perfect Dark on N64 or Goldeneye, especially on "Man with the GOlden Gun" mode so one (incredibly lucky drunk shot) kills you...
And Timesplitter is great fun when drunk! Try playing with only timed mines in the arsenal and see if you EVER kill anyone on multiplayer with bots, its rather hard to make the mines stick to figures that multiply when they enter your field of view!

Really only two here:
WarioWare: Smooth Moves because people make even greater fools of themselves when drunk
Guitar Hero 3: It fits the Rock God image better... :)

When I'm with my friends we usually play the same things every time. Smash Bros Melee (gets hard after awhile), Guitar Hero, WarioWare, Mario Strikers, Battle Lode Runner, BOMBERMAN.... those are usually the main ones.

If I'm relaxing by myself I'll play anything. Lately it's been WoW, which can be hilarious and terrible all at once.
