Perfect Dark on N64 or Goldeneye, especially on "Man with the GOlden Gun" mode so one (incredibly lucky drunk shot) kills you...
And Timesplitter is great fun when drunk! Try playing with only timed mines in the arsenal and see if you EVER kill anyone on multiplayer with bots, its rather hard to make the mines stick to figures that multiply when they enter your field of view!
