Let me guess the bundle: BF4

tbh it wouldn't make much sense - BF is no seller a la COD nor FIFA and would be redundant

I would guess bundles for 530 euros with Day One Editions of Forza 5 alongside Fifa

Anyway - bundles are secondary to a potential new exclusive

I'd be surprised if it was exclusive. MS have already spent ungodly amounts of securing what they have already announced, MS is still a business and one with many investors that need pleasing. :P I imagine they want to hold off a bit on the spending, seeing as at present the life time profits of the Xbox brand is still around -$5/6 billion xD (that's not including the R&D for the Xbox One and all the recent deals they have acquired. So its likely sitting at around -$8 billion right now).

Seems only Nintendo can make money on games :P

MS/Investors don't care about what losses were made 6 - 10 years ago. As long as the division is profiting (as it has been for the last 6 years) it won't come under fire. I think MS isn't anywhere near done spending btw.

The big investors are in it for the long hall, they will care about any loss that was big enough to still not have been off set after 5 years (far from it in fact). The original Xbox lost more money than it made. The 360 has also lost more money than it made. If MS made a large loss off the xbox brand 3 generations in a row, of course investors are going to intervene.

Sony is in a slimier situation with the PS3 (lost about the same amount this gen, I think a bit more), but they have shown in the past with the PS1 and PS2 that it can make money of it's brand, MS have yet to do that. I'm simply pointing out that if MS over spend and then can't deliver, they are going to be forced to either leave the business or find an alternate root. Likewise if the PS4 is a commercial failure, Sony will likely have to do the same.

Wrong.

They made a huge loss in the first generation, investors were pissed, the early days of the 360 were also bad, but the last 6 years have been profitable. You're clutching at straws here. As long as MS maintain a shred of profit (and given like kowen pointed out they're profiting $1b a year right now) investors have no reason to even sniff around the division.

Again, wrong, they've shown over the last 6 years they can make profit, dude have you heard yourself?? Your reasoning is desperate.

The last bit about MS being forced to leave the business, laughable, they're not going to be making billions of losses, like I just said they've showed they can right the ship with the 360, first couple of years saw disasterous losses but for the majority of this gen they've profited.

I come from the future.

It's UDK for indies.

EDIT: NVM - PDT Timezone
