I'd be surprised if it was exclusive. MS have already spent ungodly amounts of securing what they have already announced, MS is still a business and one with many investors that need pleasing. :P I imagine they want to hold off a bit on the spending, seeing as at present the life time profits of the Xbox brand is still around -$5/6 billion xD (that's not including the R&D for the Xbox One and all the recent deals they have acquired. So its likely sitting at around -$8 billion right now).

Seems only Nintendo can make money on games :P 

MS/Investors don't care about what losses were made 6 - 10 years ago. As long as the division is profiting (as it has been for the last 6 years) it won't come under fire. I think MS isn't anywhere near done spending btw.


The investors do care, and they still care. Microsoft only listens to majority shareholders though.

Your point being? Thats a pittance compared to what Windows makes. They want 100% focus on Microsoft's bread and butter. Again, Microsoft has never really listened to them on non-windows products though, so what does it matter?

Fortnite damnit. Ive been wanting that game forever. At one point it was my most anticipated game but i havent heard anything about it for like 2 years -_-

Technically, we agreed. In a way I also agree that they are wrong because the profit is very good even though four billion is a pittance for Microsoft.
