What is the point of this o.o I dont get it.

You are comparing a game from 1983 to a game from 1991 o.O

whoops! i thought they were around the same time. The point is, obviously, pretty pictures aren't enough.

That the Wii U sold very well at launch then fell off a cliff kind of proves him wrong. People buy at launch because it IS sexy and new, not because launch line-ups trump what the previous generation offers. You should be very thankful for that fact, Reggie.

That's not really a arguement.  So if the PS4 launch is like the Wii U & Vita, that'll prove you wrong so that's not a fact.

So...you are saying Dragon's lair is better than LOZ Link to the past n_n?

Cause the way I see it, LOZ Link to the past looks better than Dragon's lair lol.

I think dragons lair is prettier. it's an animated movie in game form. Kinda like heavy rain and beyond two souls.

Hmmm I suppose if you are into those kind of games but Dragon's lair is a pretty bad game xD

Sorry for going off topic lol.

that's okay i think it right on topic.. and yes dragon's lair is a horrible game :) That's why i chose it for comparison.

He's right.

I mean I just learned Killzone Shadowfall won't have local MP. That's about as much very early last-gen as you can get. At least Wii U goes local multi with you're own private screens.

I think you posted this in the wrong thread.

How? This is about reggie saying pretty pics are not good enough in regards to PS4Xbone being newer than Wii U and they'll need something else.

I said he's right as even though Killzon is pretty, it has a major feature missing that I'd consider mandatory on that type of game now and I provided a next-gen approach to that feature only on Wii U.

Why would you play split screen on an FPS game. That is ridiculous.

Take it you have no friends? I'm sorry.

Superchunk are you being Superdrunk again?

You answered your question woman.

Also your example is pretty poor since Local MP for a FPS isnt a major feature to begin with. Now if you had brought up Knack lacking local MP it would be understandable.

It was the sole reason I bought CODBlops2. Something me/kids could play together or they could play in house with others online.

I never thought I would live to hear the day when a Nintendo guy would use the word sexy.

strange world dont you think ?

Lol, sometimes things just go by too quick :D

Reggie has a lot of opinions lately. I think even he knows they're not doing so hot. Notice that in the 7th gen, MS and Sony has taken turns talking shit about Nintendo, the Wii and generally trying to disarm the whole situation. With the Wii U, its been completely turned around, Reggie is especially keen on disarming and belittling of late, a telltale sign if there ever was one.

If the experiences are all that matter then why did the WiiU get a price cut so fast?

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

Because those experiences to sell the hardware are not here yet in enough quantity to create an appropriate value proposition.
