I played a few rounds of the multiplayer and then immediately went to pre-order, I am very impressed with this game!

Its sad that its going to be overshadowed by Shadowfall (heh)

this one looks more killzone than that Crysis wannabe.

It does seem a bit silly that they released them only 2 months apart. I probably won't have finished Persona 4 for a while, so I'll probably end up playing them at the same time and given the 30 year (?) gap between them in the fiction, that might get a bit confusing

I was thinking of getting Persona 4 soon but would it be better to play the first 3 games first (they can be downloaded from PS store) or doesn't the story in persona carry over to each game?

Like Final fantasy each persona game has a completely different story.

Pretty good is an understatement, it is the best looking handheld game ever imo.

Nope. P4 Golden is the only one I have played and it is utterly amazing, no need to play any prior games. I have also vaguely read that they make even less sense. I would probably advise a guide of some sort depending on if you want a "better" playthrough or not

Ok thanks. I just hardly play RPG or JRPG games so i have no idea if story was important or not. I'll try it.

+1

I'm also not very keen on the Crysis-esque of KZ SF

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

Yeah, the game does look incredible. I played the closed beta and the open beta, never had framerate trouble, it was very good. Also, the maps were good (despite some spawn points happening right in front of an enemy!) and I never thought it was empty or something like that.

Great beta, smooth framerate. The interrogation mode is fun and the Van-Guard system is pretty nice. Looking forward to play the campaign.

I played the beta and i found it amazing that it looks so good, plays quite well too. Also, multiplayer has very good connection. The only thing is getting used to the small analog sticks.

I'll probably buy it day one.

Try to turn on the aim with the accelerometer. Like in Uncharted, it improves a lot the aim, allowing you to tilt the vita to do a fine adjustment. Vita's analogue sticks aren't as sensitive as the PS3 ones, so you basically aim with them and tilt the device to adjust is slightly to do a headshot. It does wonders.

The only thing resembling a criticism I can think of is that the map seems a bit too large for the player count. This looks great, both as a graphical showcase and as a game.

Oh, and the gun sound effects are lacking a bit of oomph. But that could just be the video.

For me, it seemed a bit small... Sometimes you respawn too close of the enemies.

The story is very important, but there is no overarching story from previous games as far as I am aware. Also, this game is nuts

I don't like saying the word "Ever" since there might be a better looking (techwise) handheld game that I am not aware of.

you could say I would never say evveeeeeeeerrr
