COD Ghosts.
I'm itching for a new Wiimote shooter, and sue me, but I found the campaigns of COD games like Modern Warfare 1, World at War, and Black Ops II quite enjoyable. (Wouldn't play them without pointer controls though)
I won't have a PS4 when Killzone Shadowfall comes out, so that's off the table, and after Battlefield 3's awful campaign, I'm not overly keen on BF4.
I would love to but a) ps4 costs $400 + b) most of the launch games will be out on PC anyway c) I can live without Killzone
PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850
Either Killzone Shadow Fall or none at all. But unlike you, I mostly focus on singleplayer campaign, which I only care in KZ, CoD SP are usually decent but the overall package is just meh, Ghosts looks especially uninspired, buying a CoD is out of question. BF3 SP was a tacked on piece of shit, and I actually don't hope for any progress in that regard. Although its MP would most probably be most enjoyed by myself, and I would like to experience 64 players on consoles, I don't like EA's politics regarding a lot of expensive DLCs while the vanilla version is relatively small like in the case of BF3 or NFS MW which was really dissapointing. So if I ever buy, it would only be the "full" edition. But I think I'll skip it altogether in favor of Star Wars Battlefront.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
Greatness Awaits!
It's funny how people have two sides to them. The passionate fan on a forum like this will publically state he will get Killzone Shadow Fall, but when it comes down to it, many of them will skip it and buy BF or COD instead in the end.
KZ Shadow Fall will sell 2 million in its lifetime. Battlefield 4 will sell 20 million.
Personally I think Shadow Fall looks like a solid game, especially graphically but it also has some new interesting gameplay features (which I forgot at the moment). I hope it succeeds. It's in that mid-core market where I want games to succeed.
But honestly Battlefield offers so much more. It will be the superior game. I mean Battlefield, how good can a military shooter be? Look at Battlefield. That is true warfare. That is team play and excitement. The complete package.
I can't wait to put my hands on Battlefield 4.
I'm gonna play some Operation Metro later today to celebrate the Battlefield experience.

Boringfield 4 20 million? Not sure if you are serious? And now warfare is like Battlefield
(I'm just kidding in this part because I never saw a real life warfare)
CoD I agree but I never buy CoD on launch... so maybe mid 2014.
Unfortunately, I'm not going to get a ps4 on launch day, but next summer I'm going to USA and hopefully there will be a bundle with Killzone or maybe Destiny if it comes out by then.
