shaping up to be horrible series... While I can enjoy ben affleck in movies honestly he'd be better as superman as Ben Affleck has a lack of character as does superman

This thread is about Bryan Cranston being cast and you guys are talking about Ben AFfleck...Let it go already, he's going to be Batman...Give the dude a chance. I was skeptical at first but damn dude you haven't even seen him put the suit on and you people are already bashing him. If you think you can pick the perfect person to play Batman go work at Warner Bros.

Your face smells like cheese?! Actually I didn't comment in the thread about Ben Affleck or on any other thread either that I remember (I drink a lot at night)

Just overall seeing the way this is shaping up I have concerns. I still like MIchael Keaton the best as Batman, and I'm not familar with breaking bad. So I'm indifferent to the actor playing him, but if it is the actor I think it is I don't think its a bad move, but maybe a little old for the character. While I have confidence in the director the casting seems subpar at best currently.

Well then let me give you some reassurance...Don't worry about Bryan's acting skills. The man is talented, as is Ben Affleck. Yeah Affleck had bad movies but damn that was like 10 years ago. Have you even seen Argo or the Town? The dude has skills.

Ahh yes I did look it up real quick and I do like that actor, still maybe looks a little old for the part, but no doubt he could pull it off. However, Kevin Spacey I thought did a wonderful job... I just really don't like the discontinuity of the characters in the DC films and breaking story arcs so regularly. Afflec could possibly pull of the part, but at this point its not a must see for me at release for any DC movie.

I will permaban myself if the game releases in 2014.

in reference to KH3 release date

Lol i didn't want this to derail into ben affleck.

Personally i think it is a good choice. When they cast him in breaking bad I was like wtf, how do you go from malcom in the middle to a teacher making drugs lol. I thought it would not work. Boy was I wrong.

After seeing him act in both series I think he has the ability to adapt to different character styles and execute it well. This is why I think he is a good choice.

why i hate this: once i get used to seeing someone as character I don't want to see them as another character. Unless they have range(see depp). It's not going to be superman, batman and lex. It's going to be superman, ben affleck, and walter white.

are they fucking trolling?

It took me until season 3 of "Breaking Bad" to stop seeing "Hal" from "Malcolm in the Middle" selling drugs and accept "Walter".  So, if anything Breaking Bad showed me Bryan Cranston's range and ability to fill various roles.  I have no issue seeing him in any role at this point.

I like Breaking Bad and sorta watched Malcom in the Middle. Roles are completely different. Seen him in 2 interviews and his personality is completely different from both roles. This news is better than Ben Affleck.

After the first, I'm not expecting much. But this raises my expectations a lot. I also like the Affleck casting. I hated Bale as Batman. He was good as Bruce Wayne though. It was probably just the voice mostly. I hope that doesn't come back.

He hasn't been cast at all.
