Not sure if serious but what parent gives open access internet to a 10 year old? While my 9 year old does get online, she has also been taught internet etiquette and knows where she is allowed to go and where not to go when looking anything up. Plus she has to sit next to me at the desk to do anything online anyway since that is where to other PC is. Don't expect Nintendo or anyone else to raise your kids and teach them right from wrong.
