I thought the game was okay at the time. It would have been nice for sony to include him as a character in that game.

Ummm im going to sound clueless but from what game is Dart from?

I have a feeling there were a bunch of characters developed and was planned for DLC releases for this game but was never released because of poor sales.

It went through one ear and out the other huh? They didn't portray him as anything. Its a unfinished render not actually meant to be seen by public.

I thought that Legend of the Dragoon was a horrible RPG with fantastic graphics and great music when it came out. I think it's good they didn't add Dart, even though I was never interested in PSABR. The guy is nowhere near what I'd consider and "All-Star". He starred in one crappy (in my opinion) game almost a decade and a half ago. Not much of a legacy.

"Render" as in not finished, they can add textures to the face later.

That could be said about more than half the cast that actually made it.

Yeah this is quite old new, I follow the PS all stars website and that appeared on their around the same time as the rumors. Heart wrenching non the less to know one of your favorite characters was shafted.

Certainly more of a legency than a 3rd party character of an at the time unfinished non-exclusive 3rd-party game, a normal (though well-liked) enemy of a non-exclusive 3rd party game and a mascot which went unrecognized by 99,9% of the western gaming community.
