Well, he kinda missed the whole tablet and smartphone craze until it was too late. Also trusting Don Mattrick too much and let Xbox division ruin 8 years of a solid 360 foundation to build upon.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
