I'm 100% digital, the thought of having to live with cartridges again sounds aweful, constantly swapping and looking for cases etc. Being on the go does that mean that you carry games around with you? I like the idea of having physical versions of Iconic titles but the only game which gives me that feeling on Vita is Tearaway. I'll probably still just buy digital because its so convenient. 

I spent £80 on 32GB card but Its worth it. I can take full advantage of PS+ and have made at least £30 of that initial investment back in digital discounts.

I technically have more digital, but there mostly small so I spend around 50/50. The only digital games over 1gb I have are psplus. I prefer physical because of memory card prices (have 16gb).

75% digital. I've only bought 8 physical copies of vita games for several reasons, but most importantly 1) because I don't wanna carry all the physical copies which I could lose at any time, b) most of the games that I like are only available on psn in Europe or worldwide.

The low prices from some awesome sales sure as hell help. Oh and psn+
I already have so many games thanks to psn+ that I'm reluctant to buy any more.

I buy physical. That way I can sell it when I am done with it and buy another game.

Other than what I get on PS+, all physical. If it was between never playing the game and purchasing a digital copy, then I'll gladly never play the game. It's the reason I couldn't care less about indie games on the PS4, other than most indie games not being as good as people make them out to be. When indie devs start doing physical releases I'll start showing more interest.

I buy digital on PC only because the games cost me $2.50 or less the majority of the time.

Mostly digital, around 90% of my games were bought from PSN.

Nearly all physical, but that might change a bit once my 32GB memory card arrives. I have also been getting free games from PS+, so it will be nice to actually be able to put them on my console
