Was under the impression this was more of a linear game experience, but those images give a different impression, anyone know more?

I adore the heavy, rainy, foggy atmosphere of steampunk, victorian London. Can't wait to see more of this game, also RaD, so it will be good

Day 1 purchase if the game ends up reflecting the art style (Obviously it has to be a decent game as well).

This is a set of concept arts? Even then I like the setting, especially as a Brit. This might be the reason I grab a PS4 for. Here's hoping it will have some rpg elements at least :)
